In Bloglines, click 'My Feeds' and then 'Edit'. Scroll to the very bottom of the left-hand panel where you will find a link, 'export subscriptions'. This will open your subscriptions in OPML. Save this file to your own computer. You may then upload this OPML file to Bloglines or most other aggregators.
I was just going to post those instructions ... glad it was only a glitch ... I'm off to back up mine.
