I think that this poster needs to learn the English language before he/she can be taken very seriously. "Were", not "Where" for one thing, and, also, why does this person lower him/her self by suggesting that color of skin is an issue? In my area of the country, I see more respect for one another by people who are not white. I volunteer over 700 hours a year for different causes. This writer needs to see the value of volunteerism, it isn't always a "warm fuzzy".
