Here is one neighborhood report, wiki-style: Uptown The Trudge Report - ThinkNOLA. If you have neighborhood reports, of find reports, bring them to this wiki and help fill in the gaps. Just like people are "scraping" lost/found people to try and create a meta database, this site can help aggregate local information.
