Context: Mena's Speach Transcript from LesBlogs
Mena Trott Implodes Onstage. News at 11. I have to giggle at how she titled the post. It is helpful to have the transcript as we think about the issues. Civility is defined as a courteous act or courteous acts that contribute to smoothness and ease in dealings and social relationships.
Definitions are always interesting launch points. 'Nuff for today. Gotta get some work done and it is already nearly 4pm. Another day, swirling down the blogging drain!

I don't think that's a transcript. It's the speech she planned to give. A transcript is a transcription of what she said.
David, thanks for the heads up. And thanks for the links to your blog post and article (which now seemed to have disappeared. Did you delete them? I'm going to pu them here because I'm appreciating reading different points of view.)

It is interesting. Once I clicked to your blog and saw your picture, I read your words in a slightly different way. There is no reason to assume my interpretation of your image should affect my interpretation of your words, but it did.
