It is amazing how many resources are out there. I happened upon this one today when doing a little Yahoogroups research. It hasn't been updated in a while, but there are some great resources for both list owner/moderators/facilitators and members. Some people think email lists are so "yesterday" but I believe they are still the most commonly used online interaction tool, particularly in the more limited bandwidth parts of the world (i.e. - most of the world!)
