Using Flickr for Lost and Found at a Conference
Lost and Found is a great post using flickr and a conference blog to try and get lost and found items reconciled.
The owner and laptop cover were reunited, but it was through a hotel staff member who walked up to me, I knew where the cover was and lost became found. But at a larger conference, it could be a great way to do lost and found!Tags:

In the newspaper here there was a story about someone who found his stolen mobile phone because he had a feature that automatically sends his pictures to flickr. So when he saws unfamiliar pictures, he started posting it on blogs etc. till finally someone knew the boys. :)
