It is a quick read that is useful for anyone interested in how we communicate with each other and particularly for facilitators (online or otherwise.) It focuses on the mind/body connection as we communicate with each other, particularly in moments of stress and physical pain.
I'd like to flag this as another example of why how we communicate matters. It is not about being the "nice police." It is about having an understanding of the impact of our communications. Make sense?

I just want to tell you, Nancy, that I love your blog. It is choc-a-block full of great info but, more than that, YOU come cross. It is a great example of online communication. I love the way you lace other people, too.
