Well! Congratulations! I've actually been trying to leave a comment on the Wiki video but the link seems broken (can't get the one onyour most recent post to work either, though I'm still mulling that over).
The Wiki video is something I showed to our staff at the quarterly all-staff meeting yesterday as a gentle introduction to how we will be moving from a convention intranet to a wiki which EVERYONE will be participating in creating. It worked brilliantly. Plan is to move people gently into the idea via using a PBWiki to brainstorm and plan then apply that learning to putting together the real thing. Aside from the social value involved in the chance to properly engage everyone in the project, the actual savings in development compared to the original intranet should be fairly substantial...
