Ah, this dive into the drafts of late 2008 brings a spark of kismet because this year I had the wonderful pleasure of reconnecting with Dr. Lauren Vargas. (Old site, new site) when she and Bill Johnston hosted me for a podcast: How the Pandemic Forced Online Collaboration to Mature with Nancy White.
